Private Pilot ground school at Great Lakes Air Ventures is a 12-week course, preparing you for the Private Pilot Written Exam. The course follows the Gleim Private Pilot syllabus and text book. Students may join the class up to the fourth week, after that you must wait til the next available session. If you miss a class, you may come to the following session to make up that missed class. We have copies of the Private Pilot Starter Kit, from Gleim, available for $225.00+tax.

3/4/2021 – Aviation Weather Services
3/11/2021-Navigation Charts, Publications, Services and Flight Computers
3/18/2021- Cross Country Flight Planning Part One
3/25/2021- Cross Country Flight Planning Part Two
4/1/2021 – End-of-course Written Test and PPL Written Test Prep
